What this tool will do
- Model the campus pedestrian network with per-segment accessibility classes.
- Simulate snow and ice accumulation and crew clearing over a storm scenario.
- Forecast when each path, ramp, and curb cut becomes impassable for each user group.
- Compare clearing policies against an access-restoration equity metric.
Output is a planning aid, not an operational instruction. The model represents aggregate access and holds no information about any individual.
